All our production units come fully equipped for both live productions and virtual productions. We integrated our systems into all the virtual platforms like Zoom, WebEx, Teams and Google Meet amongst others while we also live stream to a maximum of 12 social media platforms where required and simultaneously feed broadcasters live.
When we integrate Zoom, Teams and or Webex into our local/physical productions our services include:
- send all invitations to invited guests.
- manage registrations for all guests and hosts.
- provide a professional WebEx/Zoom package with unlimited “meeting” duration.
- provide support to all guests & hosts during the registration and logging-in process to the virtual event.
- record the entire day’s event within the WebEx/Zoom system on your behalf.
- record another dirty copy locally on our production unit on your behalf.
- create breakaway sessions within the WebEx/Zoom system on your behalf if needed.
- mute all the attendees that “forget” to mute themselves during the event (although we propose that all attendees that aren’t main hosts, anchors or panellists rather watch on YouTube and post their questions and comments there.
- seamlessly share all webinar presentations on behalf of the hosts within the same room with us.
- seamlessly playback all pre-recorded video clips on behalf of hosts (where applicable).
- provide all reports after the event:
- invited guests
- registered guests
- attended guests
- project close-up report
With your budget allowing, we are able to avoid these virtual platforms and use a more secure and robust satellite service as we did for the largest and oldest liberation movement in Africa, The African National Congress (ANC) hybrid conference where we brought together all the 9 provinces via satellite to our production hub in Bloemfontein. These were private and closed sessions so the ANC needed a very secure way of bringing all provinces together virtually.
